How big of a food processor?

I want to get a Cuisinart food processor, but they make them in 7-,11-,and 14-cup capacities. I've pretty much ruled out the 14-cup version because that just seems way too big, but I cannot decide between the 7- and 11-cup versions. For everday tasks involving a food processor, which one should I buy?

I think the 11 cup is the best choice as it has the capacity to deal with most recipe volumes.

I agree with the 11.

11 c capacity... trust me, even with 2 people in my household, I wish I opted for the larger volume!

It all depends on how much you normally cook. I love mine 14 cup, wich I endup buying after years of complaining how small the 11 cup was. It really is up to you.

Sattie, I agree.
