Apple Pepper Jelly?

I have found several recipes, not tried any yet. I want to make some for gifts this year, as I have meant to for the last 5 or so!
Some use chopped apples and jalapenos, some use just apple juice and pepper flakes. Some are combos of all 4.
Has anyone made it before and do they have a favorite recipe or method?

I make apple jelly all the time from juice, I have`nt tried adding peppers in it yet. in fact
next month I willbe making some apple jelly and also some pomegranate jelly from juice.
I use the brand called martinelli`s. 100% juice.
