I know what it is but what I donot know is how do you use Turbinado brown sugar. Do you use it as you use regular brown sugar? With regular brown sugar most recipes say to pack it, do you pack Turbinado sugar. Are the measurements the same? Is there a good web site that can tell me more. Thanks in advance for all your help. :ermm:

You can use it the same as light brown sugar, including measurements. Pack it to ensure accurate measures.

I always use the fine Turbinado sugar the same way I use

granulated white sugar. One for one sub. I have never used the coarser sugar for baking. I would suspect it would sub the same way Kosher and table salt substitute.
