I'm new here and am cooking my first Christmas Dinner for the family and already have a dumb question. My ham has to cook at 250 degrees but
everything else (like the broccoli casserole and scalloped potatoes) are
supposed to cook at 350 for an hour. If I'm cooking the ham at 250 I'm
assuming I can just cook the other things at 250 but does anyone know
how much longer it will take at 100 degrees less than called for?

Cook the casserole and potatoes, by themselves, in the oven at 350F for an hour, then cook the ham at 250F and add the casserole and potatoes to the oven about 30 minutes before the ham is supposed to be done.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm thinking now I can do this. I really appreciate
it. Have a wonderful holiday!
