Did you get some new cookbooks for Christmas, Nick? They all sound exotic and wonderful!

Where do you get goose fat chips? I've only roasted a goose once, and never thought to save the fat!

i got loads and loads of cook books i must use so i decided to do that. I took some time off over december but i am back on it.

Goose fat you ca nsave via cooking a goose but we can get here in supermarkets.

Nice to have met you lee i am from the uk.
