After posing my first question, I figured it made sense to introduce myself. Leave it to me to do things backwards.
Anyway, I started cooking in college as any guy does (by using the grill). I gradually became more interested in cooking other items so my repetoire expanded. I naturally love to eat, so I wanted to learn to cook.

I'm currently in the market to replace several hand me down pots/pans. I should be asking a lot of questions in the near future.
