Freezing Butternut Squash?

Can I freeze raw butternut squash that has been cut into cubes ( outside removed)

It depends on what you expect to use it for afterwards. Anything that involves a mushy texture (a puree, soup or sauce) will work fine. But if you need it to stay in chunks once you cook it, it probably won't if it has been frozen previously.

If I roast all butternut squash that is cut in cubes.. can I freeze remainder ?
