One of my favorite one pot meals.
What kind of sauce did you whip up? I use cream of mushroom soup, a little milk, a little chicken broth and a little hotness (tabsco or something). Your sauce looks like a great changeup for me.

Doesn't it?! I could scoop the rice and sauce into a bowl and eat like soup
Maybe add some sausage.... It reminds me of gumbo.
