I am so happy to have found this "Discuss Cooking" site. It seems, no matter what the cooking question, on this site there is an answer! I found it by looking on google for information on how to make ricotta cheese. This wonderful site had tons of information!

I am retired and love to try cooking all different things. From pans, to recipes to ideas....this site has it all!

Thank you so much. Now back to checking out the threads!
