Went freezer diving y'day and found two whole wheat Mama Mary pre-cooked pizza crusts :)

Made both a white and red pizza, broke in the new "D" plates and pizza stone for the Junior. It only took 45 minutes to get the temp stabilized at 425°, actually it only took about 25 minutes, but I let it sit another 20 to get the stone thoroughly hot.

White pizza was Parmesan sauce, spices, spinach, mushroom, ham and Parmesan cheese.

Red pizza was a homemade red sauce that I made with a can of DM diced tomatoes put thru the food blender on puree, added crushed garlic, basil, oregano and salt, simmered about 3 hours until thick. I won't need to buy red sauce any more...this is THE one from now on (thanks to the help I got from this forum)

Added left over hamburger and sliced Mozzarella, spices.

Wow!

Give me a slice. I've seen Bobby Flay and Emeril Laggase do these.
