I am a 25-year-old materials science graduate student who is often distracted from schoolwork by online shopping, sewing, and, you guessed it -- cooking! I stumbled upon this site via Google, and I searched for baking forums because I botched a cheesecake and need help on what to do with it.

Oh, I just noticed I typed in 25..I'm actually 26 now, turned so last Feb 15.
