Hi there,

My name is Doug and I have been a Chef for around 20 years. I like to cook from scratch, especially for my family. I try to stay away from preservatives etc. and love traditional recipes. I enjoy all styles of cooking, my favourite being European/Asian. I love spicy food.... the hotter the better!!! (My wife does not!) I love picking up new cooking tips and look forward to trying some new recipes.
