Zesty Rotel Baked Spaghetti (dutch oven REC)

If you really want to spice this up like my son did. Try using some spicy cheese like Chipotle along with the cheddar. It did give it more of a kick.

ZESTY ROTEL BAKED SPAGHETTI (DUTCH OVEN)

1 pound(s) GROUND BEEF
1 cup(s) ONION; Chopped.
2 clove(s) GARLIC; Minced.
1/2 GREEN BELL PEPPER; Cut Up.
SALT; To Taste.
BLACK PEPPER; To Taste.
1 can(s) (10 3/4 ounce) CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 can(s) (10 3/4 ounce) CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
8 ounce(s) SPAGHETTI; Cooked And Drained.
2/3 cup(s) EVAPORATED MILK
1 can(s) (4 ounce) DICED GREEN CHILIES; Mild.
1 can(s) (10 ounce) ROTEL DICED TOMATOES AND GREEN CHILIES
CHEDDAR CHEESE; Grated, To Taste.

In Dutch oven brown ground meat, onion, bell pepper garlic, drain off any fat.
Season meat with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the soups, evaporated milk, chiles, and Rotel tomatoes.
Bring to a slow boil and stir in cooked spaghetti.
Place lid on Dutch oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly around the edge of pan.
Remove lid and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top to taste.
Cover pan and let sit until cheese has melted.

Serves 6 to 8.

*Can be baked in a covered 13x9 pan in the oven.

Looks good - thanks! If your son really wants to spice this up, tell him to pick up a can of Rotel's "Extra Hot" Diced Chilies & Tomatoes. Trust me - they ain't kidding when they say "extra hot" - lol!

I have wanted to try the "Extra Hot" but my husband would not be happy. But I will have to try it now. I'll just tell him it was your idea. Yeah, that should work...;)
