Hi. I found this site from a google search for a cooking forum. This is perfect, as I am still pretty novice at cooking and would like to get a lot better at it, and this site is FILLED with information. I'm amazed at how much knowledge there is in here.

I'm 22, and in these recent years, my interest in cooking skyrocketed, especially in cooking from scratch. I find it healthier that way. There is more satisfaction and emotion when it is made that way. More from the heart... more pride.

The community here seems very friendly! I look forward to sharing our common cooking passion and experience.
