Can I use fat-free sweetened condensed milk here?

I am making the "Magic 7 Layer Bars / Hello Dollies" from here (Eagle Family Foods - Eagle Brand®) and I was wondering if I could swap fat-free sweetened condensed milk for the full fat version. Do you think it would be noticeably worse tasting? Everything else I'd just follow the recipe (I know, it still would not be "healthy" but I am making an attempt).

I have a friend who says she doesn't see any appreciable difference in taste when she subs the fat-free product in her recipes. I've never tried it though.

Because it's condensed, I find fat-free condensed milk to be almost as tasty and creamy as the full-fat kind. I would go ahead and give it a try-- I use fat free condensed milk for cream pies and things and they turn out fine. Good luck!
