Cake
1 Box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix
4 EGGS
1 (11 OZ) Mandarin
3/4 Crisco Oil

Icing
1 Container Cool Whip
1 Large can crushed pineapples
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Combine in bowl all cake ingredients. Mix well and then put in oven to bake for 18 to 20 minutes on 350 degrees.(Save a few pieces of oranges for garnish on top of cake)

Mix all ingredients for icing in a large bowl. Then when cake is done baking. Spread on cake.

This is a really simple recipe that makes great cake for get togethers. Quick and very yummy.

I Like to drain most of the juice and leave just a little. But doesn't matter much really..You can use any size pan you like. I use standard baking pan and I guess depends on how you want to grease it. I tend to find it tastes a little better if you use a sweet butter to cover the bottom. Just put it on paper towel and whipe across the bottom and sides.
