That is really neat. How did you find it? I usually find some neat stuff from stumbling.
 
We were taught some vegetable and ice carving in school, but I can't say that I had the talent for anything more creative than a handled basket from an orange (and it wasn't anything to take a picture of!). But some of the students took to it very easily and did some awesome work for our Friday buffets.
 
Last night the Food Network Canada had about the 3rd or 4th repeat of the Food Network Challenge in Hawaii where 4 fruit and vegetable carvers completed to make 5 foot pieces on a tropical theme. I have seen it before and knew who one, but after this tread it was really interesting watching it again with "new eyes".
 
Very clever - I like the man drowning in the watermelon (or it emerging from the watermelon.

I think the title of that one (or at least, it's description) is "After the Jump", miniman. Yikes!
