I bought a bag of wings to try my hand at making my own. I wasn't sure how I was going to cook them. I ended up mixing up a packet of Lipton's Savory Herb and Garlic with about 1/3 cup oil. Tossed the wings in that and then baked them for about an hour at 400 degrees. I turned them once after about 45 mins to crisp up the "bottoms". They came out crispy and flavorful but I think next time I'll try marinading them first to infuse the flavor a bit more.

I grill mine. When they're half way done, I baste them with Tapatio or some sort of wing sauce. Sometimes I make a few with BBQ sauce for a cool down lap. lol

I have to admit that my family is kinda wimpy on the hot sauce. I can add a dash of tobasco to my brunswick stew and a dash of cayenne to my chili otherwise, they won't eat it.

Jabbur.....Ya need a salt and black pepper shaker on the table for your family...Then (like me) a pepper shaker with cayenne....along with Louisiana Hot sauce/Tabasco....Sometimes I need an extra "zip" myself.....

Fun!
