Starting in the corner... I'm really not thrilled with this summer's barrel. But at least it adds color to the gray city.

From the corner to the door - I still have my crack flowers... and if you look down near the bulk of the plants... there are four crack dill plants!

Dang!!! You got it going on! I have a yard and can't boast having that much going on. I got two measly pepper plants, one tomato, and about 3 basil plants. Oh, a lemon tree, and mint. Ok, maybe I have more going on than I realize, but you have done an awesome job!

Spryte - I am so impressed! That took alot of work and determination and imagination. You will surely feel so satisfied when you begin to reap the harvest of your efforts. Thanks for sharing with us.

Good job, and it looks like you're enjoying yourself, spryte.
One question, how are those pots not growing legs and walking away?
Good luck, and enjoy!!!

Spryte it looks great! It really does add alot to your gray wall.

Oh... they occasionally grow legs! Or end up like that window. I try not to let it bother me. =) (it doesn't always work... but I try)

Hey I recognize some of those! This weekend we donated 2 of the tomatillo plants to friends and also a habanero. We squeezed everything in like you did and eventually had to do some thinning. I have harvested 3 poblanos so far so you should get some soon!

There are poblanos on two of the plants I didn't have room for... I'm trying to give them away, but no one has room in their gardens either! I'm hoping to see the lady who cleans the office on the other side of driveway, I think she'll take them. I used one of my poblanos from an older plant last week... it was GREAT! I'll pick up a 3 bigger pots and another bag of soil this weekend if I haven't found them homes! =) The Black Krim Tomato has a blossoms too.

I LOVE container gardening but living in Vegas makes it difficult if not impossible. The intense summer heat dried the pots out within an hour. I spend the summer in my Rv in Michigan so I can do containers all summer without a problem. They aren't lookiing as good as they usually do because I'm having more fun here than I should so have no time to take care of the containers but here are some pics anyway. Click on the pics for a larger view.
