Hello! I'm in the market for a sujihiki and I'm not sure which brand to get. I've read alot of reviews but I'd like to hear from you guys. What do you like?
 
That's a very open ended question! First and foremost I'd ask what your price range is; next I'd ask how you intend to use it (eg home use, professional use, etc).
 
Good points! This is going to be mainly for home use and there isn't really a price range. I would just like to know what the "best" is.
 
I don't want a full carbon steel blade. I don't want to have to worry about staining. I was actually looking at some of the damascus blades.
