Happy Sunday, lt.

#1 - okay
#15 - okay
#18 - okay
#19 - okay on only 1/2 - pepper.

#10, I thought tomatoes were here, but the rest threw me. If you had included cranberries, and blueberries - well, that would have been the give away.
#16, I was shocked. I would have thought bread, unlevened or levened.

You're always teaching something, at least to me. Thanks, lt.
Enjoy your day.

According to Encarta dictionary glair is made from egg whites, and egg whites are albumen (which was my answer).

Sorry Barbara; should have included both as acceptable................

This from Wikipedia......

Egg white is the common name for the clear liquid (also called the albumen or the glair/glaire) contained within an egg. It is the cytoplasm of the egg, which until fertilization is a single cell (including the yolk).

This from free distionary.......
glair also glaire (glâr)
n. 1. The white of an egg.
2. A sizing or glaze made of egg white.
3. A viscous substance resembling egg white.

I appreciate it when y'all keep me straightened out .
