I made a delicious frittata - potatoes, salt , pepper, red bell peppers, green onions, white onions, dried basil, chopped garlic, extra sharp cheddar, monteray jack cheese and of course.. eggs. :chef:
 
Sounds great LC! I am just downing the protein shake that DH left me. At least I am able to eat something today!
 
mmmm, I haven't had a frittata in a long time. There used to be this Greek place in Erie that made a killer frittata. They put just enough sliced pepperocinis (sp?) in it to give it a healthy bite.
 
One Pepperidge Farm macadamia nut and chocolate cookie
and a big honking mug of sweet International Delight Chocolate
Caramel flavored coffee.

Healthy and delicious! ;) ;)
 
well.... either I skipped it.... or I had a half a white choc hershey bar w/ oreos on my way home from WalMart.

You had chocolate for breakfast, that's about as good as my licking the pecan pie cake spoon!!
 
spinach omelette with provolone cheese, wheat toast, turkey bacon, and of course coffee( for me at least, dd has to wait on that one!)
