Just got a good deal on fresh corn.
What is the best way to freeze it ?

fresh?
cooked then freeze?
or im SOL and will be eating corn for dinner for the next few weeks ??

thanks in advance

I seem to remember reading something here before about taking it off the cob first, but I don't remember if you then have to blanch the kernels or not. Sorry.

I never had great success freezing it on the cob. I always cook mine then remove the kernals from the cob and then freeze in freezer bags.
