Dinner Sunday 10-26-08

I worked midnights last night. Got off at 6:30 and went grocery shopping. I have a few options (fresh meat). I am not sure what I will have yet. I bought pork arm roast, gonna make Posole (soon), cube steaks, bottom round roast, pork chops and oven stuffer roaster. I don't what I will cook when I wake up.

Cornish hen... but no clue what I am going to do with it yet!!!

If everything goes as planned with my second "smoke", pulled pork sandwiches, but if it isn't done, I will have 20 Atomic Buffalo Turds on just in case.

Well we went to a farmers market this morning and landed up with water buffalo burgers for lunch.

Tonight, my son has a treat night out - only two minor incidents a school in a half term - good going for him. Other son has not done too badly either.

Dinner will be roast beef, mashed potatoes/gravy, Brussels sprouts, carrots and something for dessert, but not sure what it will be. Anyone got any ideas?

Have some salsibury steaks thawing out and will make them with onion sauce and some kind of potato. Can't decide between mashed or baked. Have some frozen veggies I'll steam up and call it a meal.

MMM....Pizza. I don't have a clue what I'm making, the dh is at work tonight (graves) so I may just cook up some pasta. I have some homemade pumpkin ravioli from SF I can toss that with a quick sage butter and some veggies.

We will be having a pork tenderloin, wrapped in bacon surrounded by apples, chunked sweet potatoes, chunked Yukon golds, roasted brussel sprouts, spinach salad with match stick granny smith apples. Parmesan garlic bread...Baked custard for dessert.
