you can serve it straight as discussed.... I LOVE the stuff w little lemon and some cracked pepper.... it goes great with goat chesse and crackers if you are looking to do something with it arwen posted a recipe that interested me here
was thinking of cooking it somehow. like serving it with pasta or as meat with greek rice or something that matches it. could be made in a sauce or something.
while writing i thought that serving it together with shrimp in a sauce cooked together would match greatly. shrimp may kill the salmon flavor a bit.
Should i use the unsmoked salmon for this kind of recipes or does the smoked works the same way???
BTW im a rookie chef and im open to experiment and try anything.
You might also add a small amount of orange juiceplus olive oil,salt,it gives a marinated flavour to smoked salmon,I tried it last Christmas,it was delicious,you might also add some chopped fresh coriander and chopped garlic (just a little).
