Wow! This is really something, one doesn't have to go to Vienna to be at an authentic Viennese pastry shop. Dobos torte is one of my favorite desserts and it is the cake in the picture. Now, if they would only come out with a baking book.

dw gets more difficult every year with what cake she'd eat for her b'day. if it's not healthy (yeah, i know, a "healthy" cake? ), then it has to be extraordinary. sock blowing off of, as it were in bad english.

me thinks this will be her next birthday cake.

^When you get there, you will be awestruck and you will have a hard time choosing. Each dessert is more amazing than the next. Might I suggest a Dobosh torte if they have it there?
