I want to make 2 kinds of apple pie..... one with cranberries one with quince.... I would like to bring half of them to two different people...

Is there a way I can divide them while baking so each crust has half... I was thinking a strip of tinfoil down the middle... I am afraid trying to transfer later will result in disaster.

I'm not sure about the foil idea, pancho.

Would you consider making four separate turnovers?

How about mini-pies in a muffin pan?
