This is my mom's recipe that I remember from my childhood. It is the best and very addicting! I
absolutely love it!

Dream Whip Cheesecake
Dairy; servings about 8

Ingredients for Graham Cracker Crust
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup sweet butter or sweet margarine

Directions:
Combine crumbs and sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Stir in melted butter or margarine until thoroughly blended. Pack mixture into 9" pie pan or springform pan and press firmly to bottom and sides, bringing crumbs evenly up to rim. Chill one hour before filling or for this recipe, bake in a 350 degree oven 8 minutes. Cool, chill and fill. If desired, pie pan can be buttered.

Ingredients for Dream Whip Cheese filling:
2 envelopes of Dream Whip
1-1/4 cups cold milk, divided
2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla, divided
1 cup sugar, divided
1 can blueberry or cherry pie filling

Directions:
In a large bowl mix 2 envelopes of Dream Whip with 1 cup cold milk. Beat until soft peaks form, then add 1/2 cup sugar.
In a small mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add this cheese mixture to the large bowl with the dream whip mixture and beat well. Pour into baked and cooled graham cracker crust and refrigerate. Serve with canned blueberry or cherry pie filling on top.

As a little girl, my mom use to make this, and I loved it so much, it was hard to stop eating.
