INGREDIENTS
100 grams semolina flour
200 grams white flour
1 little teaspoon ground turmeric
1 lilittle 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
200 grams brown sugar
100 dl whipped cream
150 grams butter
1 tablespoon pine nuts
1 tablestoppon chopped almonds
1 tablespooon sesame seeds
Some honey


Let's start..:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch round baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix semolina, flour, turmeric and all the above described spices and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, stir milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add flour mixture and liquid butter plus whipped cream, beat with an electric beater at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Pour into a prepared 9 inch round pan. Sprinkle top with pine nuts, almonds and sesame seeds. Pour honey drops all over the surface. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 35 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out dry.

I just created it now as this morning I went to an Oriental Shop, I bought cinnamon,turmeric and other ingredients..

You might also add halvah /sultanas/ candied cherries...
