hey all! I'm new here and I believe this is the perfect forum for me as I am a chef at two restaurants. but anyway the chef above me had just recently gotten star anise's in and was thinking about making bbq sauce with them. he was wondering if there was anyone who had any ideas or has made some really good bbq sauce using it. he has an idea for what he's going to do...just looking for some other ideas if it doesnt turn out right. any help would be great. thanks all!
