Assistant Cook
Hi, I'm not entirely sure what to put here... Well, I'm currently a student in a culinary arts program to become a chef. Ever since middle school, I've loved cooking, especially for others. In high school, I found out that I had a knack for confections and all things sweet, much to the twitchy side-effects.
Which actually brought me here... I was frantically searching for some new cookie recipes, and before I knew it, I had stumbled head-deep into this site. I didn't think such a forum as this existed. I'm very glad to know I was wrong, lol.
As a young and budding cook and chef-to-be, I'm up for any recipe, and I'm more than willing to try any food at least once (Andrew Zimmern has warped my mind a bit). I hope to happily lose myself in this forum.
