I made this dough, it rose 2 hr and I put in Fridge for tommarow..
No Knead Pizza Dough: Pear and Gorgonzola Flatbread with Baby Arugula and Shaved Parmesan | Steamy Kitchen: Modern Asian Recipes and Cooking
was I supposed to "punch it down" first or just leave it at 2x it's original size in the bowl?
to make Pizza tomarow, do I punch it down, then roll out?
I'm sorry, is there no "spell check" on this thing?
