Though I am an Executive Chef by trade, I am a connoisseur of the finest carry out at home.

And when cooking, or carrying out for one, I never complain.
 
I would call myself a sweating behind the stove in full whites at my internship. It gets so hot back there, but to cool off you just need a second outside in the single digit weather. I love any type of cooking. I bake, I grill, I do anything. You can look at the stuff I do on my website in my signature.
 
I just cook. Savoury dishes for preferance but I can bake a cake if I have to. I don't have a sweet tooth so a nice Chicken Parm will always win out over an apple pie!
