Sometimes I just want a little something before I leave the house, and since milk has calcium and I eat a non fat yogurt every day anyway, I was thinking to combine the 2 with the plethora of frozen bananas that seem to grow on the door of my freezer.

Anyone have any ideas to twink this? I use calcium oj too.
