I picked up an enameled cast iron skillet at a thrift store today. It looks like a Copco but the entire bottom is enameled and there are no marks on it at all. No manufacturer or country of origin.

Does anyone know anything about it? It is 12" in diameter and very heavy and solid.

Thanks,

Chad

P.S. I took these pictures off of an eBay auction if that is a problem I can take pictures of my skillet and post them.

Looks French or Spanish. Julia Child type.

Le Creuset made one kind of like that for a time, but that's not it.

That's about the age I was thinking. I wonder since it doesn't say a country if it was made in the U.S. although I haven't seen any American skillets like that.

All the Copcos that I've seen don't have enameled bottoms and say Copco on them. But other than that it does look like a Copco.
