What's for Dinner Thursday, February 5th

Today I am going to be good. I am oven roasting chicken thighs (no skin on mine ) with broccoli salad and steamed carrots.

What is everyone else having?

We will be having salmon and a quinoa salad with pecans/dried cranberries....will have a green vegetable, too.

We are having chili, carrot sticks and corn bread. The temp was 19 here this morning and we need warm up food.

angel hair in a lemon sauce with (fake) lobster chunks

Had angel hair pasta dressed with evoo,garlic,red pepper flakes topped with grilled shrimp and chopped roma's warm french bread and butter , butter lettuce,with orange slices,and pieces of red onion..took some large chocolate chip cookies and made ice cream sammies with them..yummers
