What's up with Fazolli's..

I haven't been there in a long time. I stopped into tonight. Busy day, just needed a quick dinner..

I was not expecting this but their spaghetti tonight was excellent!!! I don't remember them being that good of quality.

The spaghetti was not overcooked, and the sauce was light, great tomato and spice flavors!! Have they changed their way of doing things or did I just get lucky...

I used to love Fazoli's when I lived in NY state. They went out of business a couple of years before I moved. You couldn't get better breadsticks!
