Hard to believe no one has started this thread yet We're having a spicy pan-seared pork tenderloin, baked potatoes, green beans and homemade applesauce.

Chicken mushroom asparagus alfredo, on linguine, with a salad and bread.

It was nice weather here today, so I made a rotissorie chicken on the grill with rice and a corn and bean medley for sides.

We had corn cakes topped with smoked salmon, sour cream, and fresh dill. Irish Soda bread from yesterday, and a big fruit salad.

I marinated chicken breasts in italian dressing then baked them. Alfredo noodles and green beans with brownies for dessert. Oldest child came by for dinner so he saved us from having leftovers! ; )
