Hi...

I have a pork loin that needs to be at 350 degrees and two other oven recipes, candied sweet potatos and a spiced cauliflower, that cook at 425 degrees. Does anyone have any idea how I can adapt either of the temperatures so I can use the same temperature for all three?

I usually cook my pork loin at 400F. I think you will by OK if you use 400F for everything.

Vegetable dishes can generally cook at any temperature by just adjusting the cooking time. I'd bump up the pork loin to 375 and cook the sweet potatos and cauliflour at the same temperature. If either has a topping that needs to brown, you may need to put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes before removing from the oven. You can tell when the vegetables are done by checking them for tenderness with a fork.
