[Village Idiot]

Hi. I like to cook. Most of my friends are in the service industry and a lot of them work as cooks of some sort or another, so I'm graced with the presence of greater cullinary minds most of the time. Fortunately, this rubs off on a person.

I have a blog that I use to post recipes that I come up with that I like so I can remember how to fix them at later dates instead of throwing new amounts of what nots together.

I'm also a photographer so I shoot a lot of my food. It's more fun that way.

I live in WV. I have enough friends to do that for me. Wild game is great as long as you're not chipping teeth on buck shot.

Unfortunately, there are no interesting stories about that. I do like some Wild Turkey on occasion though.
