I don't know what mechanism was involved for me to discover I had registered to this forum but receipt of the newsletter alerted me !

HEY! Let's go there!

And in ten minutes I have learned answers to my most urgent cooking questions than in 1 year foraging food network TV

I am a Hoosier retired in Florida with no knowledge of Fish Cooking and the forum answered 3 of my urgent issues right away

I will be a lurker for a while, but I thank the contributors to the forum for enriching my cooking education.

If you need to know about canning Salsa or cooking with Mojo Criollo I will be happy to share!
