I just wanted to say Hello! I have been reading this site for about 2 weeks now and I just love it. I am currently going thru some extended medical problems (chemo, rd #2) which have kept me from cooking and eating too much at all, but I really enjoy reading what everyone else is having for dinner. I love to cook, but for a while hubby and teenagers have been and will be on their own. But...they are learning that it can be fun to cook, and it's not always as easy as it seems. I may not post too much but I will be reading. Thanks so much. Katie
