I took the ServSafe course in Baltimore a few weeks ago. I came out of the exam feeling really good, but I still checked the mailbox twice a day for my results. When I checked yesterday afternoon, there was my certificate. Proof that you really can teach an old dog new tricks.

Thanks, everyone! I knew I had missed a few questions. Biology never was my forte, so when it came to all the different pathogens, viruses and bacterias, I had never heard of half of them. Ciguetera, Scombroid..........who knew?But, it's a good feeling, and I think now I'll sign up for their alcohol training.
