Ok in my recipe it say's to use red wine, but I don't have enough cash to buy wine or even the good stuff. Anyways can I use red cooking wine instead?
Hey BD,What are you cooking? That will help with the answer.
That's what the recipe is called on allrecipes.comCowboys... wine... lamb? Those terms are like water and oil, they just don't mix!
Dry cooking sherry could be substituted.
If it's wine and not wine vinegar, sure, why not?Anyways can I use red cooking wine instead? ]

Yuppers it said wine, not vig wine, or anything like that but plain ole wine.3 Buck Chuck would be better than cooking wine.

you can use chicken stock..As to cooking wine, I would add some stock, that cooking wine has salt in it.That is why a underage kid can by it. If you can't drink it I'd dump it..Wine isn't that necessary a good stock/broth will be fine.Nice lamb and cooking wine nah...I love that name better! By the way I didn't use any stock since I couldn't find lamb stock!
Of coarse.I hope it turns out great. Let us know how it was and how you fixed it.

I love orzo, but to be honest, I love rice and could eat it almost every day.Of coarse.
By the way I took a bite while it's still cooking and it tastes freaking AWESOME.
The only thing I didn't add was the stock, but I don't think it needed it.
By the way I'm having it over rice, I wanted to get orzo but it was too much.
Thanks Kads, I think so too, Now I got to find a way to make it my ownI love orzo, but to be honest, I love rice and could eat it almost every day.
