We are trying crock pickles thius year using our trusty suaerkraut crock and a gallon glass jar. The recipe we are using calls for 3 weeks fermenting time for the whole pickles. We are also using the same recipe for hamburger slices. Anyone know if the fermentation time should be the same as for whole pickles? Thanks.
