I bought 3 different types of tomato plans and all are supposed to be good for canning. So it said on the tags in the pots. I know I have roma's but can't remember what the other 2 are. I'd like to can them but should I de-seed most of them first and than smash them into the cars?

As long as you follow a tested and proven canning recipe, like in the Ball Blue Book, you should be fine. De-seed only if you don't like them between your teeth.

Will their be enought juice in the tomatos if I deseed them to can them in their own juice? The roma's have almost no seeds and I just didn't deseed them when I did a small batch the other day.

I've never had a problem, but I would not be tossing out all the juice if you are de-seeding. I would use a strainer and put the juice back in to the jars.
