Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops and Roasted Salsa

Last weekends cook. Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops, Roasted Corn on the cob, Carrot Slaw with Mango Dressing and toasted Salsa. The chops where a bit over cooked but thats what they get for recruiting me to prep and cook the meal.

That is Leinenkugels Honey Weiss (sp?) from the north Wisconsin. It is really good. We changed to Sol (Mexico) later to get more into the Island spirit. Good times. ; -)
