This is going to be our salad this sunday. I plan to serve it with teleme, prosciutto paninni and a wicked adult punch, the kids get juice:LOL:
The platter will be filled with beets,blanched baby green beans,baby carrots,artichoke hearts,avocado, cucumber slices,grape tomatoes,tiny,tiny boiled potatoes,hard cooked eggs, green onions, radishes,tiny sweet and dill pickles....In the center of the platter will be a bowl filled with the dressing..I'll mix together 2 c. mayo,1-1/2c. sweet pickle relish,with the juice of one lemon and a dash or two of Tabasco, 1/2 pint of whipping cream whipped,1 lb each of crabmeat and baby shrimp and chopped had cooked eggs about 3 of them. Should be an adventure getting all this ready but I'm looking forward to it.
