When my lunch gets stolen, I just make one of my special habanero-hamburger wraps and let it be stolen. My lunches tend to be left alone after that.

I used to work for the health department, but my office was located in another building. After having my lunch stolen (who does that, anyway?!?!), I got a supply of biohazard bags, and packed my lunch in those. Worked like a charm.
