The French Laundry

I recently purchased The French Laundry and Under Pressure cookbooks, both by Thomas Keller. These are great books but not for the faint hearted

I forgot to ask if anyone had tried the recipes and how they got on?

I have the French Laundry book and have made a few of their recipes -- the ones that were a bit simpler and they turned out well.

I don't have those books, but always heard very goods things about the "French Laundry" cookbook. I would problably love the challenge!
